Qwik Athletics runner, Kayla Renner, qualified for the 2014 National Junior Olympics in both the 800m and 1500m events. Kayla placed in the top 12 in the USATF Pacific Association Championships and then placed 3rd and 4th respectively in the USATF Regional Junior Olympics Championships. She ran 2014 season and personal bests at Regionals in the heat of Hanford, CA.

Marina Village Middle School, under Head Coach Kevyn Renner, brought home 30 medals, including 7 Gold Medals, in the District Track and Field Finals held at Ponderosa High School in Shingle Springs, CA.

Looking for help in base running speed and acceleration, Qwik Athletics head coach Kevyn Renner has provided analysis and coaching to develop the correct fundamentals of acceleration on the softball diamond. Team California is one of the top travel fastpitch softball organizations in the greater Sacramento area.

has provided base running coaching to the Roseville Heat Fastpitch Softball organization, applying techniques used in track sprinting to aid in starts and acceleration.

Qwik Athletics Elite participated for the first time in the 2013 Golden West Invitational held at Edwards Stadium, University of California, Berkeley, CA. 7th Grade Middle Distance athlete Kayla Renner was invited to race against some of the top Fresh/Soph High School runners in the Fresh/Soph Mile run. On a cool and blustery day, Kayla finished 6th in her final in 5:38 - a great effort competing against 9th and 10th grade runners.

Qwik Athletics members brought home Gold, Silver and Bronze medals on behalf of their middle schools in the 2013 district track and field finals held at Pondersosa High School, Shingle Springs, CA. Outstanding efforts in the 7th Grade Girls 100m, 200m, 1600m, 4x100m and 4x400m proves that being "Qwik" translates into success. Some great times were achieved including:

Qwik Athletics head coach Kevyn Renner has been selected to provide speed and acceleration coaching for the California Rapids Competitive Travel Girls Fastpitch softball team. Being "Qwik" is seen as an essential element in fastpitch, both on offense and defense, and can be a huge difference maker. Especially important is acceleration where techniques learned in track and field can be directly translated to fastpitch softball.
